This is a cosmetic service. The system is self-administered, does not require dental registration, and has been shown to provide safe and satisfactory results. Be All Smiles and Naturawhite do not offer a dental treatment, dental service, or anything that may constitute the practice of dentistry as defined under the Dentists Act 1984 or under Spanish law regulating dental practice. By booking this session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.

Customers are advised to consult with a qualified dentist before the session, particularly if they have:

You acknowledge that this service is cosmetic only and does not replace professional dental care.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are dentally and medically fit to undergo cosmetic whitening.

 

Limitation of Liability:

Be All Smiles, Naturawhite, and their representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, adverse reaction, or dissatisfaction resulting from the use of this system.

Liability is expressly excluded for any outcomes arising from pre-existing dental or medical conditions, including but not limited to gum disease, cavities, enamel erosion, or hypersensitivity.

By attending this session, you assume all risks and agree to release Be All Smiles and Naturawhite from any claims, damages, or liabilities, to the fullest extent permitted by Spanish law.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund.

If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

 

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Spain.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
